Veteran Omar “Heroe” Tienda is determined to shine in a lightweight bout against Keyshawn Davis, which is the co-feature in the WBC super-featherweight defence of Shakur Stevenson against Robson Conceicao, an Olympic Gold Medallist and now star pro, at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey on September 23rd.<\/p>\n

Hometown hero Keyshawn won a silver medal at the Tokyo Olmpics in 2020. His pro record is 5-0, 4 KO`s. While Omar draws on his considerable experience of 25-5, 18 KO`s trying to be the fly in the ointment. Since his 2017 decision loss to Dennis Galarza, Omar has won seven fights in a row, all by KO! His sole stoppage loss was way back in 2013 to Jesus Angulo Leija. He`s currently in the best shape of his life. From Nuevo Leon, he now trains in Tijuana, guided by multi world champion Erik Morales.<\/p>\n
