The million-dollar question in the minds of many women dedicated to high-performance sports\u2026Is it possible to be a mother and an athlete, all at the same time?<\/p>\n

Of course! For a long time there has been this ideology in which women are questioned a lot about how to lead their maternal, professional and sports life; and although things have evolved and things have changed, we are still far from achieving the objective and it is extremely important to open up this discussion.<\/p>\n

There have been great athletes who have talked about it. How do they manage to do it?<\/p>\n
