Errol Spence Jr – Timing is boxing and quality time is about life!<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n

Welterweight is a mythical category in our sport, it was part of the original 8 divisions created by the National Sports Club in England to group boxers into weight categories seeking level competition.<\/span><\/p>\n

The history of this division is extensive and great legends have distinguished it. Many experts believe that this is the most attractive division because in it we can find the best of the sport: speed, agility, stamina, power and KO\u2019s.<\/span><\/p>\n

The division is currently experiencing a golden age because it is full of talent and this weekend another step will be taken to define who is the best fighter at 147 pounds, when the unified champion of the World Boxing Council and IBF, Errol Spence Jr., faces the Cuban Yordenis Ugas, who has won the WBA belt by defeating the legendary Manny Pacquiao.<\/span><\/p>\n

Yordenis Ugas has fought all his life to get to where he is now. His hunger and motivation are stronger than ever and he is not willing to take a step back; however, he will face the WBC world champion, who will be fighting with all his heart.<\/span><\/p>\n

Errol Spence Jr. will have the opportunity to redefine his current status in the division and on the pound-for-pound lists.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

During his career, Errol has defeated great fighters including: Kell Brook, Chris Algieri, Mikey Garcia, Shawn Porter, Lamont Peterson and Danny Garcia. He has an undefeated record of 27 fights with 21 KO`s. He\u00a0 has a southpaw guard like his rival and is guided by one of the most brilliant trainers of the modern era: Derrick James.<\/span><\/p>\n

Errol now has even more to prove. After suffering a serious car accident in 2019, he had a revelation that has allowed him to reinvent himself from the understanding that he is now having a new chance.<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition to this, he was unable to fight Manny Pacquiao in his last match because an injury in one of his retinas was detected, preventing him from rapidly returning to the ring.<\/span><\/p>\n
