His previous two fights took place in Fresno, California and Chicago.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Top Rank won a WBC auction on September 28 to earn the right to promote the Beterbiev-Browne fight.
