Prichard Colon undergoes successfully surgery<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Puerto Rican fighter Prichard Col\u00f3n had a successful operation this Monday at a hospital in Atlanta, Georgia, and his mother reports that the procedure went well.<\/p>\n

Prichard ended up with serious health consequences, after a fight in 2015. In recent weeks it was found that a collapse of his skull was pressing on the brain, for which a fragment had to be removed to be replaced by a plate.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe doctor has already come to give the results of my son’s surgery, the CHAMPION Prichard Col\u00f3n Mel\u00e9ndez. Everything went well. Thank you all for keeping my son in prayers for the huge messages and calls inquiring about us,\u201d commented Nieves Mel\u00e9ndez, mother of Prichard, on social networks.<\/p>\n

Prichard Col\u00f3n’s immense bravery and his love for life has moved and inspired many people. A fact that earned him recognition with an honorary WBC Champion Belt a few days ago.<\/p>\n
