He organized important and memorable evenings with champions such as Daniel Zaragoza, Miguel \u201cHappy\u201d Lora, Wilfredo V\u00e1zquez Sr, among many more spectaculars. Sadly, Felix&#8217;s career ended in January 2001, when he suffered a stroke, which led to further health problems for the next 20 years.<\/p>\n<p>The World Boxing Council and its President Mauricio Sulaim\u00e1n, offer their deepest condolences to the family and many friends of &#8220;Tuto.&#8221; This is irreparable loss.
