No stone unturned in Gibraltar for rock on Povetkin Vs Whyte rematch<\/strong><\/h2>\n

WBC interim heavyweight champion Alexander Povetkin, will defend his title in a big hitting, lion hearted rematch thriller, against former champion, Dillian Whyte, on Saturday in Gibraltar.<\/p>\n

Povetkin and Whyte impressed and then expressed, during and after public training in separate locations, showing lean burn power and grim determination. In a fight like this, there can only be one winner.<\/p>\n

“I have rested well, I have spent time with my family and I had a great preparation, as I did for the first fight,” Povetkin said. \u201cAs I said before that first fight and after, Dillian Whyte is a good, strong fighter. I will be totally ready. I hope it will be another great war for the fans.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI am absolutely determined to regain my crown, without a doubt it will be another excellent fight but this time the result will be very different. I’m motivated by this rematch that I’ve been waiting for a long time,\u201c Whyte tersely commented.<\/p>\n

The event, which is promoted by Eddie Hearn’s Matchroom Boxing, will be televised on SKY in the UK and on DAZN.<\/p>\n
