On September 11, in Tlanepantla, State of Mexico, the card “Knockout of the Pandemic” will take place. Former Mexican world champion, Cristian Mijares, will face his compatriot and also multiple former world champion, Fernando “KOchulito” Montiel .
\nThe exhibition will be for the benefit of a noble cause.
\nThe show will also feature seven professional fights as part of boxing’s revival in Mexico.
\nGiven the current pandemic and following the health protocols of the World Boxing Council and the Boxing Commission of the State of Mexico, exhibition fights, as well as professional ones, will be done behind closed doors.<\/p>\n
