The courage inspiration and leadership of Dr Roxana<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Dr. Roxana from Mexico City, is working and helping in one of the most challenged Covid 19 cases hospitals in the city: \u201cHospital Especialidades La Raza\u201d\u00a0 leading by example, by showing the utmost dedication to \u00a0service and love for what she does, always taking care as a family member of the people she treats.<\/p>\n

This Hospital really and urgently needs more doctors,\u00a0 so fearlessly stepping into the breach, Roxana\u00a0 through herculean and magnificent efforts is monitoring more than 15 patients at a time! \u00a0She\u00a0somehow gets through the tremendously \u00a0long shifts without resting , but she keeps strong and happy for the ones who so desperately need her expertise, but also essentially her calm, cheerfulness \u00a0and vitally are a boon plus a tonic. It`s lighting the bright flame\u00a0from \u00a0the candle surviving a ferocious storm, by \u00a0providing the spirit of inspiration, in order \u00a0to maintain and bolster the fighting spirit, of those who are battling with everything they`ve got… and then some!\u00a0 Despite being so very, very \u00a0tired, she\u00a0 is seen wth more\u00a0energy day\u00a0 after\u00a0day.\u00a0\u00a0For immeasurable \u00a0courage like this,\u00a0 words can`t match the heroic actions,\u00a0we \u00a0can but wonder where this level of totally committed dedication comes from, \u00a0and simply marvel at it.<\/p>\n

At the beginning \u00a0when \u00a0there was not enough medical supplies,\u00a0Roxana \u00a0and her family took the lead. They got masks, shoes, and sanity equipment in order to help people, who were really up against it.<\/p>\n

Every time she arrives home,\u00a0Dr Roxana has to pay a personal price and commit to a heartfelt sacrifice, for her singular and sometimes lonely chosen path. She must \u00a0isolate from \u00a0her family in order to avoid risks, to keep them safe. \u00a0It is hard to adequately describe the tremendously hard work Roxana\u00a0has \u00a0been\u00a0going through \u00a0along with colleagues, nurses, and all Hopsital staff. This a unique moment.\u00a0\u00a0 We can never adequately repay them for the courage and extraordinary risks they come face to face with each and every day and in each and way.\u00a0 We can for our part honor and recognize their supreme \u00a0efforts , solidarity, love, respect, union and\u00a0\u00a0hard work.\u00a0 \u00a0Dr Roxana is an outstanding beacon of hope, dedication, courage\u00a0plus \u00a0sheer dedication, providing the light at the end of a long and dark tunnel.<\/p>\n
