1980.- The legendary Larry Holmes defended his WBC heavyweight title, knocking out Leroy Jones in 8 rounds. The match took place in Las Vegas, Nevada.<\/span><\/p>\n

1980.- Sugar Ray Leonard defended his WBC welterweight title by knocking out Dave Green in four rounds. This match took place in Landover, Maryland.<\/span><\/p>\n
