World Boxing Council Super Bantamweight Champion Rey Vargas (33-0, 22 KOs) will face skillful Japanese Tomoki Kameda (36-2, 20 KOs) on Saturday night in Carson, California, to be broadcast by DAZN.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The undefeated Mexican champion will seek to make the fifth defense of the belt, while the Japanese fighter , who is Interim champion, is aiming to become absolute champion.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The WBC recognizes the professionalism of both fighters and their respective teams, as they have complied with all the medical requirements, examinations and safety protocols.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

One of the main priorities of the World Boxing Council is to protect the health of combatants.<\/p>\n
