In Japan, the official press conference was held to present the highly anticipated showdown between Tenshin Nasukawa and two-division champion Juan Francisco Estrada, who will meet in a WBC bantamweight eliminator on April 11 at the iconic Ry\u014dgoku Kokugikan.<\/span><\/p>\n

Both fighters appeared via Zoom and were respectful, yet confident about having their hands raised. Nasukawa (7-1, 2 KOs) is coming off a unanimous decision loss to current champion Takuma Inoue, a setback that has not diminished his ambition. With just three years as a professional, the Japanese fighter aims to prove he can compete at the highest level.<\/span><\/p>\n

On the other side stands the experienced \u201cGallo\u201d Estrada (45-4, 28 KOs), who returned to victory in June against Karim Arce Lugo after previously engaging in a memorable war with Jesse Rodriguez. Eight years older than Nasukawa, the Mexican represents experience, technique and the pedigree of an active legend.<\/span><\/p>\n
