1969.- Mexican Efren \u201cAlacran\u201d Torres defeated Thai Chartchai Chionoi by technical knockout in 8 rounds, to win the WBC flyweight title, in a fight held at Cuatro Caminos Arena, in the State of Mexico.<\/p>\n

1985.- Michael Spinks knocked out David Sears in the fourth round in Atlantic City, New Jersey. With this win he defended his WBC light heavyweight title.<\/p>\n

1991.- Pernell Whitaker defended his WBC lightweight title defeating Anthony Jones by decision, in Las Vegas, Nevada.<\/p>\n

2002.- Korean Yosam Choi knocked out Japanese Shingo Yamaguchi in 10 rounds, defending his WBC light flyweight title. The bout took place at the Tokyo Bay NK Hall in Urayasu, Japan.<\/p>\n

2019.- American Anthony Dirrell conquered WBC super middleweight title, defeating Turkish Avni Yildirim by technical decision in 10 rounds, in a fight held in Minneapolis, Minnesota.<\/p>\n
