Hailing from Hermosillo, Sonora, “La Magn\u00edfica” reached the pinnacle of world boxing on June 14, 2025, after securing a unanimous decision victory over the experienced Japanese fighter Mika Iwakawa on home soil.<\/p>\n

With refined technique and maturity far and a way beyond her tender years, Zamorano not only claimed the WBC Atomweight title but also completed her high school studies that same week, proving that athletic and academic excellence can go hand in hand, hand in glove.<\/p>\n
