Through a non-competitive, non-contact training system, RSB is proving that boxing can be used as medicine for both body and soul. Founded in 2006 by Scott C. Newman, who has personally experienced the challenges of Parkinson\u2019s, this program utilizes the traditional techniques of great champions to improve patients’ quality of life. By integrating exercises such as jump rope, footwork, and speed bag drills, RSB focuses directly on combating stiffness and mobility issues.<\/div>\n
