WBC Board of Governors First Meeting<\/strong><\/h2>\n

At the WBC Convention, the<\/strong> Board of Governors is busy in an all-day<\/strong> meeting.<\/p>\n

The Governors are the engine room<\/strong> which propels the WBC on an even keel, setting a navigable course. Their<\/strong> expertise has already been invaluable in a<\/strong> variety of<\/strong> aspects that demand<\/strong> immediate attention at the WBC Convention and title fights to come.<\/p>\n

The Governors<\/strong> are the ones who vote on the key issues to be discussed during the week. They can and will draw upon lifetimes of experience, spanning all continents<\/strong>, but they are<\/strong> also very much looking to the future for the progression of boxing<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The Board of Governors is<\/strong> the decision makers, amidst the movers and shakers. They provide stability, expertise and combined wisdom on which so much depends.<\/p>\n

Today, at the first day of our annual convention, the Board of Governors celebrated their very first meeting, which aims to have a smooth convention.<\/p>\n

In<\/strong> a very emotional moment, Pol. General Kovid Bhakdibhumi came to the meeting and greeted his beloved WBC family in the beautiful land of smiles.<\/p>\n
