In a Swan Song Night \u00a0 in Lillestr\u00f8m to forever remember with awe, Norway, legendary Cecilia Br\u00e6khus closed her brilliant career with ”A Signet Signature” unanimous decision victory triumph, over Slovenian Ema Kozin, capturing the WBC Super Welterweight title.<\/span><\/p>\n

Br\u00e6khus, born in Colombia but raised in Norway, once again demonstrated her technical elegance, tactical intelligence, heart and soul\u00a0 that made her one of the Very Greatest\u00a0 female boxers of all time. From the chime of the opening bell, inspired, aspired, appealing and magnificently attired, she controlled the distance with a rock\u00a0 solid jab and managed the pace, adroitly and adeptly limiting and negating the attacks of the younger, longer-reach Kozin.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0Over ten rounds, the \u201cFirst Lady\u201d of boxing showed composure, precision, and impeccable timing, but also unshakable determination plus total conviction. Kozin tried her utmost to respond with pressure and volume, but\u00a0 couldn`t.\u00a0 ”The First Lady of Boxing” Braekhus was regal, ruling\u00a0 each round with the authority inflicted by a scepter.<\/span><\/p>\n

The judges\u2019 scorecards said it all: 98-92, 97-93, and 96-94, all in favor of Br\u00e6khus, who raised her arms for the last time as a world champion. A supreme moment to savor for Eternity.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
