Queensberry Signs Three Top Fighters<\/strong><\/h2>\n

With its roster constantly growing, Queensberry has announced three new signings: former light-heavyweight champion Joshua Buatsi, EBU European champion Bradley Rea, and former Olympic gold medalist Tony Yoka.<\/p>\n

Joshua Buatsi, a 2016 Olympic medalist and former interim world, European, British, and Commonwealth light-heavyweight champion, has signed a promotional deal with Frank Warren’s Queensberry and DAZN. The 32-year-old boxer from Croydon suffered his first professional setback in February when he lost his interim world title to Callum Smith in an exciting match. Buatsi turned professional in July 2017 and has a record of 19-1 to date, with 13 of his victories coming by knockout.<\/p>\n

Bradley Rea, the current EBU European light-heavyweight champion, also signed a promotional contract with Frank Warren’s Queensberry and DAZN. The 27-year-old boxer won his EBU belt by unanimous decision over Shakan Pitters in late June, after a series of misfortunes with opponents who withdrew without notice. Rea, known as “The Stinger,” moved up two divisions, mainly from middleweight since his debut in 2018, following his points loss in the English title to Tyler Denny in late 2022.<\/p>\n

The signing of Tony Yoka, announced on Wednesday, adds another key fighter to the roster. Yoka, who also signed with Frank Warren’s Queensberry, has 14 wins, 3 losses, and 11 knockouts. Originally from Paris, he last entered the ring in May, defeating previously undefeated Russian prospect Arslan Yallyev by unanimous decision. Yoka, 33, is currently on a three-fight winning streak, preceded by a difficult three-fight period in which he lost.<\/p>\n

Queensberry has already helped the carreas of Tyson Fury, Daniel Dubois, and Joseph Parker, as well as interim WBC heavyweight champion Agit Kabayel.<\/p>\n
