Clean Boxing Program: WBC and VADA announce the boxers\u00a0who are out of the June Rankings<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

The World Boxing Council combined with VADA in the Clean Boxing Program, announce the boxers who \u00a0are out of the WBC World Rankings for the month of June.<\/span><\/p>\n

The following fighters\u00a0 haven`t complied with their registration towards the Clean Boxing Program, after having a 90-day period to register, concerning the first 15 world positions, those excluded are:<\/span><\/p>\n

– Light; #7, Jose Pedraza (P. Rico)<\/span><\/p>\n

– Featherweight; #5, Shakur Stevenson (US)<\/span><\/p>\n

– Fly; # 11, Jobert Alvarez (Phil)<\/span><\/p>\n

– Minimum; #7, Norihito Tanaka (Japan)<\/span><\/p>\n

For the WBC it`s imperative to work\u00a0on education and awareness to help all people involved in the sport to learn the very real dangers of using substances to improve performance (PED), which\u00a0then create great problems in the health of the athletes. We exhort all the boxing community to watch the webinar, which is available on all WBC and CBP websites,\u00a0that shows specific information to learn, know and appreciate\u00a0the terrible risks and awful\u00a0consequences\u00a0to well being, of using thus abusing these substances.<\/span><\/p>\n
