The WBC interim flyweight title fight between Galal Yafai and Francisco \u2018Chihuas\u2019 Rodr\u00edguez will go to a purse bid on March 25th due to a lack of preliminary agreement.<\/p>\n

Yafai, from England, with a record of 9-0 (7 KOs), is promoted by Matchroom Boxing, led by President Eddie Hearn.<\/p>\n

Rodr\u00edguez, from Mexico, with a record of 39-6-1 (27 KOs), is represented by Eddy Reynoso’s No Boxing No Life and Manny Pacquiao’s MP Promotions.<\/p>\n

The Yafai-Rodr\u00edguez fight was ordered, while WBC flyweight champion Kenshiro Teraji, 25-1 (16 KOs), was cleared for a bout with Seigo Yuri Akui, 21-3-1 (11 KOs).<\/p>\n

The winner of Yafai vs. Rodr\u00edguez will face champion Kenshiro Teraji.<\/p>\n
