Return of the WBC Baltic Championship<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The WBC Baltic Championship revives the championship that existed from 2008 to 2015 yy. This championship is the WBC affiliated title, founded by Edmund Lipinski – at that time WBC Vice President. Previously, boxers from 9 countries with access to the Baltic Sea could fight for the WBC Baltic title. Over 8 years, 63 fights were held. This time, the territory has expanded due to the Baltic Sea basin, adding 5 more countries.
\nBoxers from Belarus*, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, Russia*, Slovakia, Sweden, Ukraine will be able to fight for the WBC Baltic title (* – in accordance with the WBC rules).
\nThe WBC Baltic Sea Committee established the WBC Baltic Championship with 2 titles:
\nWBC Baltic Title (10 rounds)
\nand WBC Baltic Silver Title (8-10 rounds)
\nThe WBC Baltic Sea Committee consists of committee’s chairman Jaroslaw Kolkowski jaroslaw@kolkowski.eu, co-chairman Oksana Semenishina oxxanas@yahoo.com and WBC Executive Director Gabriel Gonzalez ggonzalez@wbcboxing.com.
\nSome of the most successful boxers who have won the WBC Baltic belt during their careers are: Dmitry Pirog, Mariusz Wach, Krzysztof Cieslak, Rakhim Chakhkiev, Artur Szpilka, Manuel Charr, Mairis Briedis.<\/p>\n
