He imparted his considerable knowledge to Humberto &#8220;La Chiquita&#8221; Gonz\u00e1lez, Oscar de la Hoya, the Ulises brothers and Jorge Sol\u00eds, among many others.<\/p>\n<p>Rivero, considered by many to be one of the finest trainers in Mexico, was born on October 3, 1929, in M\u00e9rida, Yucat\u00e1n.
