O\u2019Shaquie Foster confirms Attendance at WBC Hamburg Convention 2024<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The WBC Hamburg Convention 2024 promises to be one of the best gatherings in our history as the WBC will hold its 62nd Annual Convention and 4th World Women\u2019s Boxing Convention from December 8-14, 2024.<\/p>\n

We are thrilled to announce our champion O\u2019Shaquie Foster will be one of our Special Guests.<\/p>\n

Foster turned pro in 2012 following a decorated amateur career with over 100 fights and an alternate spot on the U.S. Olympic team.<\/p>\n

After early-career setbacks, including a split decision to Rolando Chinea in July 2016, he mounted a successful resurgence under the guidance of trainer Bobby Benton.<\/p>\n

Foster then went on a 12-fight winning streak, capturing the WBC crown with a points triumph over Rey Vargas in February 2023 and defending it, away from home, with a thrilling 12th-round stoppage of Rocky Hernandez last October 2023. Foster made the second defense of his belt by decisioning Abraham Nova in February. Concei\u00e7\u00e3o dethroned Foster by split decision in a keenly contested matchup in July.<\/p>\n

A few days ago, O’Shaquie won back the WBC Green and Gold Belt at the Turning Stone Resort and Casino, in Verona, New York, defeating Robson by SD in another closely fought battle.<\/p>\n
