Santiago will defend his World Boxing Council bantamweight title against Japanese Junto Nakatani on February 24 in Tokyo, Japan.<\/p>\n<p>The champion who is from Tijuana will make his first defense of the world title that he won against the legendary Nonito Donaire last July. &#8216;Peque&#8217;
