For this precise reason, we want to recognize, applaud and laud the blood, sweat and tears\u00a0 effort and sheer grit.\u00a0 Putting it on the line by stepping up to the line.<\/div>\n

Today, we talk Turkey by recognizing\u00a0 Serhat G\u00fcler, a boxer with extensive amateur experience, abundant ambition and the wily resourcefulness to realize it.
\nSerhat G\u00fcler started his career as an amateur boxer in 2014 and with important victories he quickly positioned himself as one of the most promising Turkish boxing prospects for many a year.<\/div>\n

At the end of 2022, he decided to debut as a professional boxer. A smart move, because his aggressive and explosive style adapted and dovetailed perfectly. In\u00a0 just one year he has fought four times, winning each of them.<\/div>\n

Last week he passed the most exacting test of his career, as he faced the undefeated Rostam Ibrahim with the WBC international silver light heavyweight belt at stake. Serhat proved his worth by defeating his rival via KO in the sixth round.<\/div>\n
