O’Shaquie Foster will defend his World Boxing Council super featherweight world title against Eduardo ‘Rocky’ Hern\u00e1ndez at Polideportivo Benito Ju\u00e1rez in Canc\u00fan, Qunitana Roo, Mexico, on Saturday, October 28, which will be broadcast live globally on DAZN.<\/div>\n

Foster (20-2 11 KOs) claimed the Green and Gold Belt\u00a0 in San Antonio, Texas in February, becoming the first fighter to defeat Mexico’s Rey Vargas on points to become world champion. The Houston fighter again faces a Mexican opponent in his first defense.<\/div>\n

Hernandez (34-1, 31 KOs) got his chance to face Foster on the back of a winning streak by KO, recording his sixth straight six-round victory with a third-round blowout over Hector Garcia in Monterrey last July.<\/div>\n
