Joseph Brown achieved his black belt at 9 years as age, only 11 months after starting in Taekwondo, which normally takes between 3-4 years.
His first fight was provincials as an 8 year old ,He was a blue belt and he won Gold. 6 months later he tested for his black belt.cHis first black belt competition 1 month later masters cup won Gold.cThen Provincials 2 months after won Gold.cJoseph went on to become National champion.
He simultaneously was competing in kickboxing/ Muay Thai in all provincial tournaments and tiger balms which he won Gold in every tournament.
At 11 years old he won his first national kickboxing championship.
Last year he won his 2nd National title at 12 years old in Niagara falls at WAKO National 2019 championships.
Joseph also simultaneously competed in boxing ,at 11 years old in his first bout against an undefeated opponent who was 6-0, Joseph scored the fastest recorded TKO victory in Canadian amateur boxing history and 2nd in the world next to Mike Tyson.
He recently became Ontario silver gloves champion at the 2019 Ontario silver gloves championships.
He is undefeated in kickboxing with a 17-0 record.
Undefeated as a boxer 6-0.
Joseph was featured in Alive magazine,August 2019 edition .
Currently training for the WBC youth Muay Thai world championship here in Canada early next year, as well as getting at least 3 more boxing matches going open, and compete at the Canadian national boxing championships in 2021.
He has made the honor roll every year since the first or second grade.
