WBC Talks: Julio Cesar Chávez vs. Jorge “Travieso” Arce

As part of the 58th annual WBC convention, President Mauricio Sulaimán had an interesting talk with 2 of the best Mexican fighters in history.

Former  champions Julio César Chávez and Jorge “Travieso” Arce will meet for the third time in an exhibition fight scheduled for Friday, September 25, behind closed doors and with live broadcast on a pay-per-view system.

The combat will be a benefit of a double cause, since it aims to support people in vulnerable situations in Tijuana and Culiacán due to the pandemic with supplies and food; and at the same time, grant scholarships to young people with addiction problems in the rehabilitation clinics of JC Chávez.

Julio César Chávez Jr. and his brother Omar will also have action in the evening that will be at the Grand Hotel Tijuana, complying with all the prevention and health protocols of the Health authorities and the WBC.
