WBC Heavyweight Silver title up for smash and grab

On Friday at the Dort Federal Credit Union Events Center, Flint, Michigan heavyweight fighters Danielle Perkins (2-0, 1 KO) and Monika Harrison (2-1, 1 KO) will contest the World Boxing Council Silver title, in a rematch.

Danielle, who has ample experience as an amateur fighter, is coming off last December defeating Princess Hairston by knockout in the fifth round.

Monika comes from losing a close decision against Danielle and has stated on several occasions that in the rematch the result will be different.
