WBC Films: Hand Wrapping with Robert Garcia

 The WBC office in the United States has started a new project with the firm intention of helping all fighters in the world,to equip all fighters with essential and effective knowledge, enabling them to better care for their health, diet and bodies.

We have started a trip through the region with the mission of showing you the different techniques used by the most distinguished trainers in the scene to care for and protect their main work tools: their hands.

Today we share with you the technique and tips of the legendary trainer and former world champion, Robert García, who explains in detail the process he uses to care for and protect the hands of the dozens of fighters he works with.
