WBC Cares Recognizes Jimena Pérez in Madrid

For her great example of strength, Jimena Pérez received a recognition from Christiane Manzur, President of WBC Cares Mexico.

“You are a champion because you were knocked down but you managed to get up, just like boxers do; that is why it is an honor for WBC Cares to give you this recognition because we know what you have been through,” said Manzur to the television host, Jimena Pérez.

The young mother of Iñaki and Iker thanked her saying:  “what an honor to receive such a recognition, many thanks to the WBC.”

A few months ago Jimena defeated breast cancer, giving an example of strength and love for her children and her beautiful family, with the help of her husband Rafael Sarmiento.
