WBC Cares and IOC recognize women who overcame breast cancer

Once again, WBC Cares and the IOC Foundation applauded and praised the strength of women who have overcome breast cancer.

With presentations full of messages of self-love and gratitude; in addition to topics of recovery from this terrible illness, the women present were also inspired by the participation of the WBC international champion, Marilyn Badillo, who mentioned:

“It is very important to promote as a woman that we must self-explore, discover it in time and that we can treat it with the greatest love possible.

”Today it is very important for me to be here. It is an honor that WBC Cares has considered me to be here with these warriors. They are the ones who truly inspire. We get in the ring and fight for something.”

For her part, Erika Ortiz, executive director of the IOC Foundation, thanked the support of the WBC and WBC Cares.
