World Boxing Council heavyweight champion Tyson Fury, is granting Deontay Wilder a rematch on July 24 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
Fury and Wilder drew in their first fight and in the rematch the Briton prized the hallowed Green and Gold Belt out of his grasp. This fight had a rematch clause that agreed to carry out the trilogy before the end of 2020, but due to the health crisis this was delayed.
Tyson Fury, who is training for this important fight, commented on some aspects about his rival:
“I don’t really mind this Wilder attitude. If he decided to remain quiet it would have kind of smart. Now I am concentrating on the fight and the only thing that matters is winning.
“If you are an alcoholic or a drug addict, the only way to get over it is acceptance. Wilder has not yet accepted his defeat. But I must not underestimate him, he has nothing to lose and everything to gain.”
