The WBC NABF Super flyweight championship will be contested, between Taylor “Tungsteno” Quijada (10-0-2, 8 ko’s) and Gohan Rodríguez ( 12-1-1, 5 ko’s), this Friday, November 20, at the La Tortuga auditorium, in Parque Bicentenario, in the city of San Luis Río Colorado, Sonora, Mexico.
The fight, which is promoted by 2M Promotions and will be broadcast on ESPN in Latin America.
On August 21, Quijada and Rodríguez met in Hermosillo, and offered a memorable fight, highly contested, where both visited the canvas and ended in a draw after eight rounds.
Now is time to define who of the two is the best, and with the incentive of conquering a NABF championship recognized by the World Boxing Council.
Complementing the spectacular card, Marcos “Dorado” Reyes (38-8-0, 28 ko’s) and Josué Obando (21-15-2, 14 ko’s) will step into the ring to battle 10 rounds at super middleweight.
At super bantamweight, prospect Eduardo “Koreano” Ramírez (14-2-3, 8 ko’s) will fight against Juan “Pitufo” Gómez (8-7-2, 1 ko).
Jose Juan Valdez (9-3-0, 4 ko’s) vs. Dilan Valdez from Tijuana (9-21-1, 3 ko’s) in a featherweight contest.
Also making his debut Rodolfo ¨Soldado¨ Carbajal versus Alan Padilla.
Tadeo ¨La Joya¨ Robles will make his professional boxing debut at Welterweight against fellow debutant Valentín Cota.
Venezuelan Wister García (15-3-1, 8 ko’s) will collide with Daniel Pacheco (7-5-0, 4 ko’s) from Sinaloa plus Aidyl Cárdenas (2-0 -0) and Ana Ruth Castro (1-3-0).
