Towering  profile of Callum Smith- winner of the World Boxing Super Series

In March 2017, the World Boxing Super Series came to pass, in which eight of the best fighters of several  divisions participated, and Callum Smith emerged as a star.

The first contests were at cruiserweight and super middleweight, resulting in  a series of excellent fights.

Then…the tournament in super middle category was electrifying, featuring two British fighters, Callum Smith and George Groves, who reached the final, giving the fans  a remarkable and memorable battle.

That night Smith dominated Groves, with boxing legends like Evander Holyfield and Prince Naseem Hamed at ringside, to witness this excellence. In so doing Callum fulfilled the potential that so many had seen in him. He outfought Groves,  knocking him down and forcing the Referee to stop the fight. The culmination of fulfillment.
