The WBC mourns the passing of Jorge Berry

Jorge Berry, prominent Mexican journalist has passed away.

Jorge Berry is and always will be a journalism icon in Mexico. He stood out for his work ethics and for his outstanding professionalism and knowledgeability covering politics, economy and even sports. Jorge passed away this Thursday, July 13, in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, due to medical complications.

The World Boxing Council and its President Mauricio Sulaimán, send our deepest condolences to Jorge’s many friends and family.
