The WBC congratulates “Barby” Juárez

The former world champion Mariana “‘Barby” Juárez was presented at the Rousier College in Mexico City, with her Bachelor of Business Administration diploma.

The champion is proud of having successfully completed the course with distinction and will now seek a second university degree.

Mariana sets a wonderful example for boxers who are beginning their professional career and especially for girls and women who seek to emulate her achievements inside and outside of the ring.

The World Boxing Council and its President Mauricio Sulaimán congratulate our dear Mariana for this great and impressive achievement.
