The WBC asks for your prayers

The World Boxing Council asks for the prayers of the boxing community during these  difficult times and especially for former heavyweight title contender, Derrick Jefferson, who is in hospital suffering from the Covid-19 Coronavirus.

We also ask for your prayers to inspire, boost and bolster sports photographer Anthony Causi, who is going through a delicate and precarious moment of health, due to this illness.

We send our deepest condolences to Guido Cavaleri who lost his wife’s brother, victim of this terrible virus.

We want to reiterate all our support and all of our prayers, backed up by the entire  boxing family, hoping that you can overcome this ordeal.
