The Dignity of a WBC Silver lining for a “Swift/Tigre”

Former champion Danny “Swift” Garcia will face veteran Adrian “Tigre” Granados for the World Boxing Council Silver welterweight title on Saturday, April 20, at Dignity Health Sports Park in Carson, California.

Garcia (34-2, 20 KOs) has fought with great opponents at 140 and 147 pounds division, including: Erik Morales, Zab Judah, Kendall Holt, Amir Khan, Lucas Matthysse, Paulie Malignaggi and Lamont Peterson.

While Granados (20-6-2, 14 KOs), originally from Cicero, Illinois, is characterized by great combats  against Shawn Porter and Adrien Broner.
