The Puebla commemorative belt will be a special recognition for the winner of the historic duel: Canelo vs. Charlo, Undisputed vs Undisputed, resolving and underlining the supremacy of the 168 pounds super middleweight division.The Puebla Belt is a splash of celebration and a dash of color,  incorporating two artisanal techniques from the State of Puebla called: Talavera and embroidery.

Matilde Juárez, artisan in charge of embroidery, explained that the colors applied are the most representative patterns of different locations in the state. It involved twelve colleagues who imprinted the essence of their culture and finest  traditions.

Artisan Angélica Moreno from the Talavera de la Reyna workshop commented that the belt has twenty eight Talavera pieces that were specially and individually worked for this belt, since some of them were given a diamond shape.

She included the feathering that is so representative of Puebla in black with the intention of creating a design that would transmit and preserve the magnitude of  distinctive magnificence. The mosaics depict the Cathedral of Puebla, which is one of the most representative local monuments, supported by two angels, who are an important part of the history of the State.

Drawing together the sum of the parts, Elizabeth Reyes from Industrias Reyes and Miguel Ángel Jurado, worked hand in hand with all the craftsmen and craftswomen to mix and diversify the elements  on the Base and Plaque of a world champion belt with artistic flair.

The result is a priceless masterpiece. A jewel of brilliance incorporating unique elements, fit for a champion to treasure forever.
