This Friday the “Exercise Program,” was initiated, following that plan of action guidelines outlined by General Director of Social Security, Zoé Robledo, through the Technical Coordination of Physical Culture and Sports.
It follows physical culture and sports programs, according to the priorities and needs of the population, where sport and physical activity helps avoid chronic-degenerative diseases and recovery of health, as well as social wellbeing.
The Mexican Institute of Social Security, through Mr. Héctor García Antonio, Head of the Technical Coordination of Physical Culture and Sports, makes available all the sports facilities of the IMSS for healthier Mexicans and a better quality of life.
The event was “EXERCISE” where IMSS workers and the public participated. They met at the 35 OOAD, (Deconcentrated Administrative Operation Body) in a macro class of ZUMBIMSS, Boxing and TAICHI, also beamed live.
It`s geared to promoting sports through strategies that improve the productivity, health and well-being of the population, thus ensuring that the IMSS contributes to the prevention of illness through tip top condition.
