
World Boxing Council super flyweight champion Srisaket Sister Sr Rungvisai (47-4-1, 41 Ko’s) will make the fourth defense of his crown in a highly rematch duel against Mexican Juan Francisco ‘Gallo’ Estrada on April 26 at the Forum in Inglewood, California, venue which hosted their first bout in February of last year.
Sor Rungvisai, one of the most famous fighters in the history of Thailand, who has held the prestigious World super fly WBC title twice, is undergoing a great preparation.
“I never thought that I would go so far or even become a world champion. I just aspired to win a regional title and maybe appear on television. I ended up doing a lot more and I feel happy and satisfied. I am doing a great preparation in the gym to show in the rematch that I am the best. I will have another impressive triumph that will be dedicated to my country, ” Srisaket said.
Rungvisai comes from defeating by decision the Mexican Iraq Diaz. For its part Estrada (38-3, 26 Ko’s), comes from defeating Felipe Orucuta and Víctor Méndez last year.
