Rocky Road of challenges

No stone unturned for Wunderkind Eduardo “Rocky” Hernandez, who  has  a 2019 crammed with prodigious challenges, since he will debut in the US territory, and he`s also determined to conquer the  super featherweight world title of the World Boxing Council within these twelve months.

In an interview with Notimex, Oswaldo Küchle, from Promociones del Pueblo, commented:

“We’re absolutely sure that ” Rocky ” Hernandez is going to contest the WBC title by the middle or end of the year.  Francisco ”Bandido” Vargas is represented by Golden Boy Promotions. We’ve talked to them and it’s not the plan for them. So we`ll  ask the WBC to name ” Rocky ”as  mandatory challenger or to dispute an elimination bout with someone else. We will be patient with ” Rocky ” and we will make the best decision.

Dedicated young Rocky is already working in anticipation of his first fight of the year, and it`ll be co-promoted with Golden Boy Promotions to take place in the United States, with a February dateline.

“Hopefully  by the end of February Rocky will fight there. We are convinced that ”Rocky” will come up with  goods, to become a significant figure in the United States and Mexico,” assured Oswaldo.
