Ring of Confidence in Venezuela

A memorable ring officials seminar by the World Boxing Council in Caracas, Venezuela, with the support of Juan Carlos Pelayo, Héctor Afú, Nicolás Hidalgo and the Venezuelan Boxing Commission, sought, and strived for distinction leading to success.

Various topics were examined, discussed, analysed and reviewed by Judges, Referees and other officials from who participated actively with wisdom and perception.
Among key issues: The code of ethics for ring officers, basic functions of Judges, correct use of bandage on hands, Referees´ obligations and responsibilities, procedures to perform better, review of rounds and assessing the controversial scoring fights.
