“People’s Champion” tournament is a “Pepe El Toro” 

Part two  of the “People’s Champion” lightweight tournament, in honor of Pedro Infante, in Guamuchil, Sinaloa, was a tune up of note!

Adalberto Moreno, defeated Humberto Juárez by split decision in a 6 rounds bout. While Gerardo Martínez defeated Fidel Ortiz and Jesús López defeated Nazario Castro.

This trio  advance to the semifinal on October 18 at the La Bola de Guamúchil gym.

In another exciting fight, the current world minimum star , Maricela “Baby” Quintero, defeated Heydi Cruz on points.
