Official activities of the WBC 59 annual convention kick of

The World Boxing Council 59th Convention is being held at the beautiful Presidente Intercontinental Hotel from November 14 to 19.

The official activities have already started and this day at 9:30 am the WBC Board met in person after almost two years of having to do it via Zoom.

The members of the Board were excited to be able to meet again, the actions developed during the pandemic were verified, the efforts of all the members were recognized, because from their persoectovdythey continued working for the benefit of boxing without giving in to the pandemic.

Mauricio Sulaimán, President of the WBC, recognized their work and commented that he felt very proud to be part of this great family, in which all members live, breathe and work with one intention: to serve the world of boxing.

Tomorrow the opening Ceremony of our Convention  will be held at the historic Arroyo Restaurant located in the southern part of Mexico City.
