Nordine Oubaali`s uncompromising stance for a repetition
Frenchman Nordine Oubaali is good and ready to contest the vacant bantamweight Boxing Council belt on January 19, against American Rau’shee Warren.
The undefeated Frenchman (14-0, 11 KO’S) defeated Warren at the 2012 Olympics and is confident of repeating the result but this time as pro.
Oubaali, who is receiving astute advice from the legendary Roy Jones Jr in his training camp, commented in an interview with Showtime: “Finally the day is almost here. I will take the green and gold world championship to France.” Opponents and dates have changed several times, but I’m number 1 of the WBC. I won the Silver title and I’ve been waiting for my chance, I’m here to beat anyone who stands in front of me. ”
“Warren is a good fighter and I know him perfectly. I had the chance to beat him in the amateurs, I’m ready to once again overcome his style. I’m going to beat him! My training camp has been excellent, and I`ll be in the best condition of my career to become champion. “
