
The first women’s fight for a WBC world title in a Riyadh season will take place on October 12, on the card headlined by the fight between Artur Beterbiev and Dmitry Bivol at the Kingdom Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Australian Skye Nicolson will defend her WBC featherweight title against Englishwoman Raven Chapman.
Nicolson (11-0, 1 KO), 28, is one of the best fighters today and will seek to make the second defense of her WBC crown against Chapman (9-0, 2 KOs), 30, a dangerous opponent of quality.
Both fighters passed the official weigh-in. Nicolson registered 125.8 pounds, while Chapman stopped the scale at 125.9 pounds.
