The vision, inclusion, equality for all, solidarity and effort this table represents it in a not unique way. These values represent the wealth of unity”, highlighted the US diplomat at the first plenary working meeting of the civil association.”
Within the framework of the 200th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Mexico and the United States, Salazar added that the example of María Espinosa, Mauricio Sulaimán, “are the great stars” of Mexican sports and that future generations will see them as a example to follow.

In addition to promoting social recognition and a sense of belonging, since being part of a team, we are part of a community; as well as, as a tool to boost crime prevention.
Aceves also highlighted that the civil association will seek to interrupt the intergenerational cycle of poverty, claiming the power of sport as a tool that allows raising the quality and life expectancy, from childhood development and early stimulation and during people’s life line.

Another of the actions will be to design, promote and/or strengthen public policies that articulate the mainstreaming of sport with health, public safety, education, the economy, social cohesion, peace and the environment, explained Aceves Villagrán.
He indicated that the civil association in charge will manage the participation of the private sector to meet the social demand of conventional and adapted, Olympic, Paralympic and special sports.
