Croatian Luka Plantic will defend his World Boxing Council International Super Middleweight title against Argentine Bruno Acosta this Friday, May 23, in Zagreb, Croatia.

Plantic won the WBC International title in December 2022, defeating Khoren Gevor by unanimous decision. He has successfully defended it five times.
This will be Acosta’s first time pursuing a WBC-sanctioned title and his first time fighting outside of Argentina.

Plantic has an undefeated record of 11 wins, nine of them by knockout.
